The Far North District Council will be upgrading the Taraire Hills Water Treatment Plant in Kaikohe and is seeking responses from suitably experienced parties.

The upgrade to the Taraire Hills Water Treatment Plant includes a new clarifier, odour and taste treatment processes, waste stream recycling, coagulant dosing and associated electrical, civil and mechanical works.Additional work involves the construction of new stream and dam intakes, installation of 600m of new water pipe, and a 1,500m3 stainless steel water reservoir.

We intend to go to market in March 2025. The opportunity will be advertised on the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS).
