Expressions of Interest (EOI) are being sought from suitably experienced contractors interested in being engaged to carry out Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)/Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and Motor Control Center (MCC) upgrades at Moa Point Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
Wellington Water (WWL – the Buyer) will be procuring via a Construct Only (NZS 3910) delivery model and requires a respondent to supply and install the PLC/SCADA and MCC system at Moa Point WWTP. It is still to be decided whether the contract type will be Lump sum or Measure and value.
This EOI is an open tender and is the first stage in a two-stage procurement process. From the EOI submissions, up to three tenderers will be shortlisted to subsequently submit a tender for the Contract Works (second stage).
Further information on the second stage will be provided to shortlisted tenderers through a separate closed tender Request for Tender (RFT) process.
