Wellington Water Limited (WWL) manage the water and wastewater delivery within the Wellington region on behalf of Wellington (WCC), Lower Hutt (HCC), Upper Hutt (UHCC) and Porirua (PCC) City Councils and South Wairarapa District Council (SWDC).
On average we supply over 160 million litres (ML) of water per day to Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Porirua and Wellington, and 4.1 million litres of water per day to Greytown, Featherston, Martinborough and Pirinoa. Wellington Water Limited also directly manages the treatment of wastewater for South Wairarapa District Councils, with a major operations contract in place with Violia for the major wastewater plants elsewhere.

Wellington Water Limited require services to support our facilities which include cleaning, ground maintenance and pest control. We require well-managed quality services which allow the staff to work on the core business of managing water and wastewater delivery.

Initially we are looking for:
- your high-level approach to how you manage/maintain service delivery
- what services you are offering
- how you would work with us to deliver the services
- how you would respond and be flexible to changes in service requirements over the next 3 years
