Watercare Services Limited require professional services for a Biosolids Lead Options Assessment Advisor (lead advisor). The lead advisor will guide the development of an options assessment for the Biosolids Servicing Beyond 2035 project. The form of servicing could be landfill, incineration, land application, or another option. Neither the form of servicing, nor the location has been decided. The lead advisor will guide and provide leadership to the assessment to decide the form of servicing and its location, and provide ongoing guidance and representation through the regulatory decision making process, meeting the requirements of an expert witness under the Resource Management Act (RMA) and other legislation as required. The lead advisor will not provide the technical inputs specific to the form of servicing (eg incineration, landfilling) or site selection.
A secondary support advisor needs to be identified to ensure continuous service provision in the event that the lead advisor is unable to complete the work for the likely multi-year duration of the project.
