Overview

This opportunity for a supplier(s) to provide Occupational Health Services (OHS) to our member and other councils across Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Gisborne regions. We are looking for a supplier that can provide most services at our council locations as with some services provided at the supplier’s locations.

The OHS services are grouped into core, secondary, and additional categories:
1. Core: employment checks, health monitoring, respiratory fit tests, attendance by OH practitioners at council locations, and vaccinations
2. Secondary: consumables used when testing or assessing workers, assessing work environments, and services related to workplace injuries (prevention, management, and return to work)
3. Additional services: services provided by a respondent that is within the scope of occupational health and not listed as core or secondary.

Contracts are awarded on a non-exclusive basis. Our preference is that each region (Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, and Waikato) has a single supplier. Regions may have the same supplier or different ones. The allocation of contract packages will occur as part of the evaluation process.

There is a briefing for interested respondents on Monday 25 November @ 3pm via MS Teams. Use the GETS Q&A functionality to send the names and emails of the people to attend and an invite will be sent to them.
