Nature and Description of Service:
Waitemata District Health Board is calling for Expressions of Interest from Consultant Companies with expertise and experience to provide services for a remediation and repair works programme for Leaking Buildings at our Mason Clinic Campus.
Consultant Service disciplines required are:
• Architectural Services
• Building Engineering Services
• Structural Services
• Fire Engineering Services
• Cost Consultancy Services
• Project Management Services
The Mason Clinic is a regional unit providing forensic psychiatric care within the Auckland Region; the campus comprises a number of buildings and the project relates specifically to:
1. A programme of phased work to address Leaking Building remediation and repair for seven buildings at Mason Clinic campus.
2. The works programme will be divided into two categories;
a) Remediation and repair of buildings for which no decanting is required.
b) Remediation and repair of buildings that require the service users to decant from.
3. The first component of works will address remediation and repair on buildings for which no decanting is required.
Procurement time frame:
• Response to this EOI – Close by 5pm on 13th March 2015
• EOI Review and Shortlist will be completed by 24th April 2015
