Leaking Building Syndrome – Remedial & Repair Works Programme

Nature and Description of Service: Waitemata District Health Board is calling for Expressions of Interest from Construction Companies with expertise and experience in remediation and repair of Leaking Buildings for a works Programme at our Mason Clinic Campus.

The Mason Clinic is a regional unit providing forensic psychiatric care within the Auckland Region; the campus comprises a number of buildings and the project relates specifically to:

A programme of phased work to address Leaking Building remediation and repair for seven buildings at Mason Clinic campus.

• EOI Review and Shortlist will be completed by 27th March 2015

Indicative remediation and repair time frame
• Estimated start: 2nd Quarter 2015
• Estimated Completion: December 2018
