2 (a) Site: Mason Clinic, Carrington Rd, Point Chevalier, Auckland.

(b) Nature and Description of Service: Waitemata District Health Board is calling for Expressions of Interest from organisations with expertise and experience to provide Building Engineering Consultancy Services for a New Building at Mason Clinic.

This project is to design and construct a new two level building (estimated GFA 1600sqm) that will provide for 15 Beds at Medium Secure level along with administration and staff support space.

Waitemata DHB is inviting submissions from interested parties to provide building engineering consultancy services for the design and construction of the new15 Bed New Building at Mason Clinic.

Building Engineering services are to include:
• mechanical,
• hydraulic,
• electrical, and
• specialist electrical including ICT.
3 Key dates:

Response to this EOI – Close by 3pm on Friday 12th December 2014
EOI Review and Shortlist will be completed on 19th December 2014

4 Submissions:
Interested companies are invited to submit expressions of interest to the Contracting Authority above containing:

i. Full contact details;
ii. Proven experience and track record in working on Hospital Ward Projects within the last three years;
iii. Capability and capacity to deliver;
iv. Confirmed project personnel to be assigned for duration of project;
v. References/referees of four clients with whom you have worked on other Hospital Ward contracts in the past 3 years;
vi. Evidence of current relevant insurances; and
vii. Has your company/ have you been involved in any project which has been the subject of a claim in relation to weather-tightness? If yes, please provide details.

Expressions of Interest are to be submitted with five full copies and one electronic copy on CD/DVD/Data-stick in an envelope marked:

“Confidential Expression of Interest – Mason Clinic 15 Bed New Building (Engineering)”.
