Overview
Waitemata District Health Board is calling for Expressions of Interest from organisations with expertise and experience to provide Main Contractor Services for a new Structural Asphalt Pavement and repairs to the Shea Terrace entry area.
The extent of work is shown on the attached plan.
Waitemata DHB is inviting submissions from interested parties prior to requesting a Fixed Lump Sum price.
It is expected that the works will be carried out under one contract to ensure good co-ordination and management. This will include but not limited to:
• Pavement works
• Re-lining
• Traffic Management
• Health & Safety Management
The work is expected to be carried out during the summer months.
