Waitemata District Health Board is calling for Expressions of Interest from organisations with expertise and experience to provide Architectural Services for a New Build at the Mason Clinic.
This project is to design and construct a new two level building (estimated GFA @1772sqm) that will provide for 15 beds at Medium Secure level and include administration and staff support space.
Waitemata DHB is inviting submissions from interested parties for the design of a 15 Bed Medium Secure Unit for Mason Clinic.
