Waitemata District Health Board is calling for Registration of Interest from organisations with expertise and experience to provide Main Contractor Services project at North Shore Hospital.
Waitemata District Health Board (WDHB) proposes to refurbish an existing meeting / office environment within the lower ground floor of the main hospital building and is inviting submissions from interested parties to provide Main Contractor Services for this fit-out.
The works will need to be closely managed between WDHB PM and selected contractor. Strategies to reduce or better avoid disturbance to wards above and maintaining the hospitals ‘business as usual’ will be a critical success factor for the project.
Works will consist of demolition, partitioning, replacement of floor coverings, decoration to walls and ceilings, in ceiling services, and fire protection works.
