Nature and Description of Service: Waitemata District Health Board is calling for Expressions of Interest from organisations with expertise and experience to provide Project Management Services for the staged refurbishment of a live clinical ward.
The project is to refurbish an existing live ward. The works generally will consist of demolition, partitioning, replacement of floor coverings, decoration to walls and ceilings, installation of hospital specific accessories to walls and ceilings including in ceiling services and fire protection works and minor electrical upgrade. This is to be carried out to programme and cost.
Waitemata DHB is inviting submissions from interested parties to Project Manage the upgrade of Ward 3 project from end of design phase through to completion of defects period.
