Nature and Description of Service: Waitemata District Health Board is calling for Expressions of Interest from organisations with expertise and experience to provide
Building services for works at the North Shore Hospital.
This range of project is to complete refurbishment works to various departments including 15 Shea Terrace, 17 Shea Terrace, Surgical Pathologists office relocation, 3 Mary Poynton, Surgeons Offices, Telephonists Office of North Shore Hospital comprising:
• Minor demolition to internal walls.
• Re-carpet office area complete
• Repaint existing interior walls
• Replacement ceilings and lighting
• New Partitions
• New Joinery
• Fit out with new workstations, (low height) partitions, chairs and meeting room
furniture Fit with additional shelving (supplied by Waitemata DHB)
• New electrical services (providing power to new desk layout and associated areas).
• Provision of data services to new desks.
• Provision of minor upgrade to heating, ventilation and air conditioning services.
Waitemata DHB is inviting submissions from interested parties to complete design works to refurbish the above mentioned projects.
