Overview
Westland District Council (WDC) seeks a digital agency to redesign and redevelop the external public website, to reimagine our online customer service, improve accessibility and increase engagement & participation. The project scope includes development of revised architecture, design and templates; content migration; and recommendations for new servicebased functionality. The offering could include hosting or re-use our existing hosting providers.
