Overview
The Council wishes to maintain and grow its specialised research panel, Our Capital Views, to 2000 members. It currently has around 1000 members aged 18+. This is an online platform through which WCC administers research projects (e.g. surveys). This panel’s primary purpose is to undertake our annual resident monitoring surveys, which requires 500 respondents, and are a key input to the Council’s Annual Report. We also use the panel for other research projects, which inform planning and strategy decisions, on an ad hoc basis.
There are two aspects to this contract:
1) – Random recruitment of 1000 panel members (the panel should be representative of Wellington City’s population by age, sex and gender)
2) – Ongoing Panel Management
