Wellington City Council (Council) is providing advance notice to potential respondents that it intends to issue a Request for Tenders (RFT) for the provision of renewals works at the Evans Bay Marina in Wellington.
The RFT will seek contractors with key subtrades that have demonstrated experience in completing marine projects of a similar nature and scale.
The opportunity will be issued through the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS) as an openly advertised, competitive Request for Tenders and is expected to be published late March or early April 2023, with a closing date of approximately four weeks later.
The evaluation process, including the criteria and weightings, and anticipated sequence and timing of evaluation activities, will be detailed in the RFT.
A suite of documents designed to assist you to determine whether you wish to respond, and to inform your tender if you do decide to respond, will also be made available. This is expected to include draft contract terms.
