Overview
This Request for Proposals invites Suppliers to submit proposals to provide digital distribution services for generating and electronically distributing formal Rates and Water notices on behalf of Wellington City Council.
Wellington City Council invoices on a regular basis for rates and water to residential and commercial properties. This invoicing activity accounts for approximately 60% of the Council’s revenue, so is a critically important function. We are seeking a partner who can help us improve the way in which we invoice our customers and provide us with confidence that invoicing will be accurate and distributed to the correct recipients.
