Overview
This procurement relates to the delivery of part of Wellington City Council’s Laneway strategy. The aim is to improve the city’s walkability, increase safety, and offer a convenient and enjoyable way to cut across city blocks. At the same time vibrant open spaces invite people in to stay a while and support local businesses.
We are seeking tenders for the delivery of Main Contractor construction management services to undertake the civil upgrade works upgrades at Swan Lane and Garrett Street. Wellington City Council (Council) are seeking experienced Main Contractors with capacity and demonstrable capability in the delivery of civil streetscape works in active inner-city environments.
