Wellington City Council (Council) is providing advance notice to potential respondents that it intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of Main Contractor ECI services for the City Housing Healthy Homes Programme.
The purpose of this notice is to:
• assist your business planning by alerting you to the upcoming procurement
• provide an outline of what we are seeking (and not seeking), to help you decide if you are interested in responding
• provide some background information on the project, the principles that are guiding the development of the requirements for the project and the outcomes we are seeking
• provide an indication of what we intend to provide in the RFP when it is released, and
• indicate the likely timeline for key points in the procurement process.
