Over the last 11 years, the Johnsonville community and Wellington City Council (WCC) has worked together to develop a sport and Community Hub at Alex Moore Park.
The new Alex Moore Park Sport and Community Facility will create a fit-for-purpose, modern, future-proofed facility for the promotion of sport, recreation, and community cohesion in the Johnsonville area.
We are looking for a contractor who has:
• the capability, experience and infrastructure to carry out and complete the Contract Works in accordance with Council’s requirements, including the ability to proactively identify and resolve any unforeseen issues early, in order to avoid, or at least mitigate, the effect of those issues;
• a good track record in the management and implementation of mid-size, new build, construction projects;
• experience involving continuous-flight-auger pile construction and;
• passenger lift installation.
This ROI is an invitation for suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Registration to be potentially selected for a shortlist of Respondents to proceed to the second step in the procurement process. In the second step, only those shortlisted Respondents may be invited to submit a detailed proposal in response to a Request for Tender (RFT) for the main contractor.
