Overview
Council seeks a partner for a Development Partnership Agreement to redevelop a portion of its Arlington Apartments social housing complex in Mount Cook, known as Arlington Site 1. The site comprises 1.4ha, is zoned ‘Inner Residential’ and currently contains 192 social housing units. The proposed re-development is part of Council’s 20-year Upgrade Programme of its social housing portfolio, in partnership with the Crown.
