Wellington City Council, Porirua City Council & Kapiti Coast District Council are planning to release a tender opportunity in June 2015. The services included within the tender opportunity include the following:

• Fixed location guarding
• Mobile guarding, (including event and meeting security)
• Noise control
• Cash collection & transportation
• Alarm monitoring & control room operations
• Regulatory Services (parking enforcement, animal control, public space patrols etc. initially for Kapiti only).

It is intended at this time that the services will be available to syndicate to other Territorial Authorities in the Wellington Region.

This opportunity and any further notifications will be advised on the Government Electronic Tenders Services (GETS).
