Western Bay of Plenty District Council (Western Bay) wishes to invite prospective contractors to submit their proposals to provide the design and build services for the following scope at the Dave Hume Swimming Pool facility in Katikati:
The Bulkhead and Liner project is an upgrade of the existing facilities will improve the use of the facility, provide additional ways to support the community with learn to swim opportunities, decrease the pool maintenance costs, improve the pool standards and extend the season.

Western Bay is looking for contractors who have the capability and experience to design and build a fit for purpose solution that will achieve the expected lifespan of 20 years for the best value-for-money over whole-of-life.
