Western Bay of Plenty District Council (WBOPDC) has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a supplier to implement multiple modules of a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution to support the organisation to be ‘Future Ready’.
The new ERP is to enable the design of more customer-centric services, better integrating the services of suppliers and partners, being able to plan and track achievement of broader outcomes including community wellbeing measures and deliver significant process efficiencies.
We (WBOPDC) are seeking to partner with a supplier who has extensive experience with the proposed ERP solution in the New Zealand local government sector and has proven capability and capacity to commit to working with us to achieve our strategic outcomes. A supplier who identifies with our values is important to us.
The RFP is an open competitive process and will rely on respondents satisfying the pre-conditions outlined in the RFP document before proceeding to Stage 2 of the evaluation. This RFP process outlines the approach Council intends to follow to determine a preferred vendor/s and solution. Please direct all questions via the GETS Q&A function for this RFP.
