Background:
Western Bay of Plenty District Council (Council) has a variety of public toilet buildings throughout the district, of various configurations, standards and age. Generally, council aims to replace/upgrade or build new facilities, at a frequency of about 1-3 toilet facilities per year (out of total network of 70 facilities).
Council wants to know who is in this market to establish a supplier panel for the supply and installation of prefabricated public toilets across the district.

What we need:
Council is seeking information from suppliers of prefabricated public toilet buildings.
We only want to hear from suppliers who can (1) supply the prefabricated toilet building and who may also (2) project manage the installation of it. Suppliers are invited to complete and submit Section 2 Response Form (Within the RFI document as per Attachments).

This Request for Information (RFI) excludes suppliers of ancillary plumbing, electrical, hardware, tapware, toilet consumables and cleaning services.

Responses to this RFI will inform and assist us in understanding available suppliers in this market. Information gathered as part of this process may be used to inform future procurement decisions.
