Waikato Regional Council (Council) invites tenders for Campbells Floodgate Replacement at Shelley Beach Road, Pipiroa.
The tender for the replacement of Campbells Floodgate, includes:
• site establishment and disestablishment;
• procurement of all material requirements as specified in contract documentation;
• construction of coffer dam (or alternative method) and dewatering of site to facilitate construction works;
• foundation and piling requirements to support new structural requirements as specified;
• laying of pipe;
• inlet and outlet construction including floodgate and sluice gate;
• access platform construction;
• minor earthworks upgrade to provide access to the floodgate;
• any minor maintenance work to original structures as required by Principal and directed through the Engineer to the Contract;
• all site reinstatement.
Tenderers shall be aware that this tender will be evaluated in accordance with the Weighted Attribute Method. This contract is a Lump Sum contract and the Conditions of Contract are the Conditions of Contract for Building and Civil Engineering Construction NZS3910:2003, as modified by Special Conditions.
