Waikato Regional Council (Council) invites tenders for Hoods Landing Pump Station Replacement.
Hoods Landing Pump Station is located at the end of Hoods Landing Road, Otaua, on the true right bank of the Waikato River.
Hoods Landing Pump Station is no longer capable of handling the amount of flow that is required at the site and needs replacing. It has a spilt catchment and is fed by western and eastern inlets, both of which have reached their useful life. The inlet and outlet discharge pipes are also being replaced and increased.
The Contractor will be responsible for the supply of all plant, materials and labour necessary to complete the Contract Works shown on the Drawings and/or described in the Specification.
A compulsory site inspection will be held and Tenderers who wish to attend the site meeting shall register with WRC by Friday 17 October 2014.
