Overview
The Project pools together needs from four regional and unitary Historic Aerial Photos Scanning council partners (Waikato Regional Council, Bay of Plenty Regional Council and Canterbury Regional Council) with respect to adding value to the increasingly available high-resolution historic aerial photographs. The partners have a need for images from individual surveys to be seamlessly combined and ortho-rectified to provide spatially and relatively accurate historical mosaics of our regions.
