What we are looking for:

1. Shared heating/cooling and hot water system across a block of 4 units
2. Solar photovoltaics, a ventilation system and a shared heating/cooling and hot water system, for 4 blocks (5 units per block) of housing units yet to be built
3. Design of 1 and 2 above
4. On going maintenance, including an 'urgent' or rapid response service
