Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the above contract.

This Contract is for the network management of the street light network (including limited amenity lighting, fairy lighting and sport field lighting) within the following local authorities, each as a Separable Portion:

• Separable Portion A: Waimakariri District Council (WDC)
• Separable Portion B: Hurunui District Council (HDC)
• Separable Portion C: NZTA assets located within the two above local authorities, as well as NZTA assets in the Kaikoura District (Excluding those maintained by the Kaikoura District Council (KDC) which are not covered by this Contract).

The southern boundary for this Contract is on the southern side of the Waimakariri River, so the Contract includes lights on the State Highway 1 Waimakariri Bridge.
