Council will soon be inviting tenders for Contract No. 291361 – Building WoF Compliance Monitoring, Maintenance and Administration for its Council owned buildings. These include its 3 main administration buildings (one currently unoccupied),
Te Awamutu Recreation Centre, Cambridge Pool, Libraries, Town Halls and Community Buildings. Our expectations, scope of services, criteria and next steps are attached.
