Waterfront Auckland (WA) is seeking an Expression Of Interest (EOI) from Respondents for Construction Services, for the Madden & Pakenham Streets Upgrade project, to enable a short list to be established to respond to a Request For Tender (RFT). WA is an Auckland Council Controlled Organisation (CCO) responsible for the Auckland Waterfront between the Harbour Bridge and Teal Park (excluding the Port, POAL).
The Madden Street and Pakenham Street Upgrade project calls for the upgrade and development of the existing Madden Street and Pakenham Street West to the finish and quality of the recent Halsey Street north road upgrade.
The extent of works for Madden and Pakenham Street includes the entire length of both streets from Beaumont Street to Halsey Street.
There will be a briefing on the specific requirements for the ISCA IS Tool Rating on Tuesday 27th January 2015 at 3.30pm at the offices of Waterfront Auckland. Respondents intending to attend the briefing must register with gtabron@mpm.co.nz
