Overview
Waterfront Auckland is delivering the transformation of Wynyard Quarter and a developer has been appointed for the Wynyard Quarter Hotel parcel. This site occupies a key location in the broader Auckland waterfront context with adjacency to Karanga Plaza and the inner Viaduct Harbour.
Waterfront Auckland are seeking Expressions Of Interest for Urban Design Services, for the creation of new public realm areas surrounding the Hotel Parcel defined as “Wynyard Central Hotel Promenade, Madden Plaza, ‘Water Street’ marina development and the Halsey Street Overlook feature’, to enable a short list to be established to respond to a Request For Tender.
