Panuku Development Auckland (PANUKU) are seeking an Expressions Of Interest (EOI) from interested Design & Build Contractors to enable a short list to be established to respond to a Request For Tender (RFT). PANUKU is an Auckland Council Controlled Organisation (CCO) responsible for the Auckland Waterfront between the Harbour Bridge and Teal Park (excluding the Port, POAL).
The Scope of Contract is for the Design and Build of works to remediate the underside of the Hobson Wharf in downtown Auckland. The repair/ remediation includes addressing the concrete spalling from the piles, support beams, headstocks and columns and related structures, down to Mean Low water Springs. The remedial work is to address defects with the current structure and provide an ongoing service life.
