Overview
This Request for Tender is for demolition services for the existing Hirepool building and surrounding areas located at 31-79 Daldy Street (corner of Daldy and Pakenham Streets) within the Wynyard Quarter, Auckland City. The Contract Works include (but are not necessarily limited to) the following:
• demolition and removal of the existing Hirepool buildings, slabs and paved areas
• foundation piles are to be cut-off and removed 1m below ground level
• existing services are to be decommissioned and capped off
• demolition and removal of the boundary fence and footings
Please note tenders are to be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the attached RFT letter.
