We're currently looking for suppliers that can provide us with training software that can mimic existing finance systems. This software will provide desktop training support to over 200 unique users. The University currently provides face to face training's on how to use basic functions that come with the software, which is why we're looking for market research on whether or not this task can either be met or provide us with a close alternative that we can mold around our current training setup.
The purpose of this RFI is to:
- Obtain valuable knowledge around software based training methods in the current market
- To find solutions to reduce current staff resource time and whether it is useful to move away from a hebdomadal training schedule
Outcomes of the RFI Process:
- Improve staff experience
- Provide quality easily accessible training material
- Remove staff resource times
- Remove unnecessary administration work
