Overview
Victoria University of Wellington Student Accommodation Student Accommodation has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify a Preferred Supplier(s) for the provision of Cleaning Services to our accommodation portfolio in Wellington. The Preferred Supplier(s) must be an established and recognised provider of Cleaning Services with an established regional presence. The Preferred Supplier(s) must also comply with all applicable legislative obligations upon it as an employer, including those contained in the Employment Relations Act 2000 and any subsequent amendments.
