The University of Waikato would like to engage with providers for a solution to provide data insights of the occupancy rates of buildings and spaces within the university’s campuses, to meet our requirements as defined in this document.
Occupancy information is sought to provide the University with accurate and timely data to assist in optimising resource usage and plan for future development to improve the campus experience for students and staff and better serve our community.
We are looking to partner with a solution provider to ensure the solution meets the physical needs and constraints of the university and who will be able to demonstrate leadership, direction and guidance for commissioning and regular maintenance including any ongoing operational activities e.g. sensor replacement and calibration.
