This RFP relates to the formation of a Panel of Suppliers who can deliver the University’s Building Services Design requirements over the next three years. The Panel enables the University to verify those pre-qualified Suppliers who have agreed to the University’s contractual framework and are capable of delivering specific goods, services or works.
In creating the Panel, the University intends to create trusted business partners who have the capability, capacity and relevant experience to support the University future with various operational and capital expenditure projects which may include, but is not limited to:
Property & Facilities refurbishments;
Minor new building construction;
Major new building construction; and
Upgrades to infrastructure.
