Overview
The University of Waikato is planning the full refurbishment of two student residential accommodation villages on the Hillcrest Campus in Hamilton. The purpose of this EOI is to attract a suitable architectural team supported by the relevant engineering disciplines to carry out design services in accordance with NZCIC Design Guidelines.
