This outdoor court resurfacing scope of the work covers a pavement resurfacing project, including existing aggregate stabilization, aggregate fill and compaction where required, grading, resurfacing using M10 AC asphalt with Plexipave finish and pavement marking. Design methodology is to strip existing asphalt layer, for inspection by the engineer. The existing aggregate layer is intended to remain (subject to confirmation following inspection) and stabilised using cement to improve aggregate strength. The aggregate surface smoothed, and constructed to the specified levels and grades (intended to remain as close to existing), will then be resurfaced. The scope of the work shall comprise of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and plant necessary to complete the work detailed herein and the provision of such maintenance, commissioning and guarantees as are required. The scope of the work shall include all works which are necessary, including temporary work and any work that can be reasonably inferred from these documents.
