Registrants are invited to express their interest in undertaking building & carpentry work for the University at its Hamilton campuses, the main campus being that bounded by Hillcrest and Ruakura Roads. The ROI will be a searching, in-depth exercise from which a shortlist of suitable Registrants will be drawn up from those registering interest. An RFT (tendering) process will be conducted in the hope of appointing one (or more) ‘Preferred Registrants’ in the UOW’s procurement system. The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with an option for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
The work may variously comprise maintenance, alterations, refurbishment and some new construction.
