The University of Waikato wishes to select an Implementation and Project Management Partner to manage the Student Learning Management Systems (SLMS) Programme of work. The SLMS programme consists of two projects:
a) implementation of the SITS: Vision student management system and associated change management activities; and
b) consolidation and upgrade of the University’s learning management functionality into a modernised version of the Moodle Learning Management System.
The University invites external companies to submit their proposals with information on their skills, services and experience. The information is requested so that the University of Waikato can identify organisations interested in and capable of Project/Programme Management, and who have relevant experience in the tertiary education sector and a proven track record in successfully implementing Student Management Systems.
RFP questions close 9 November 4.00pm. All communication/correspondence between any Respondent and the UOW will be conducted in writing through the following authorised representative.
