We are inviting Registrations of Interest from interested parties who can provide and install parking pay and display machines within the University of Waikato Hamilton campus.
The University intends to charge for parking at the Hamilton campus commencing 2016, for two primary reasons. Firstly, to promote environmentally sustainable transport practices, and support the University of Waikato Travel Plan, which proposes a number of initiatives to enhance a sustainable approach to travel management to and from the Hamilton campus. Secondly, to promote financially sustainable business practices. In regards to implementation, the University has chosen to aim for simplicity, minimal change from the status quo, effective and efficient administration, and a technology led solution.
The purpose of the ROI is to ascertain and shortlist companies who are capable of responding to a subsequent Request for Tender. The University does not intend to award a contract from this ROI process; however, we reserve the right to do so.
ROI questions close 3 July 2015 at 4.00pm. All communication/correspondence between any Respondent and the University will be conducted in writing through the following authorised representative.
