Overview

The key objective of this procurement is to consolidate our Learning Management System (LMS) platforms with a modern and continuously developed LMS.

• The procurement outcomes are:
o To procure a Software as a Service (SaaS) LMS with a clear roadmap of past and ongoing commitment to develop the product based on customer and sector needs.
o To procure implementation and training consultation from the LMS preferred vendor.
o To procure extended capabilities from the preferred vendor (where available), if not provided as core to meet our desired requirements. These additional capabilities include but are not limited to:
▪ Enhanced LMS analytics. Specific functionality for staff training e.g. learning pathways, segmented system. Micro-credential awarding capability i.e. digital badges. Interactive
content creation tools. Specific assessment workflows e.g. e-portfolio, lockdown browser. 'Store-front’ gateway to open-up access to online learning (outside of credit bearing
papers).
