This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Proposal for the CApSc Refurbishment fit out project contract opportunity.

The CApSc Refurbishment entails an office fit out of the CApSc (Consumer and Applied Sciences) Building which is currently undergoing a seismic and heritage upgrade.

We are seeking proposals from suitably qualified main contractors to complete the physical fit out works associated with the project.

The scope of this project includes the construction and fit out of seminar rooms, meeting rooms, open plan offices, lift install, and construction of an external egress stair.
