UC is soon to publish a one-step procurement process to select the preferred respondent to re-cover the roof on a section of the ED14 College of English building.
The procurement activity is subject to approval of the procurement plan. This early notice is being issued ahead of that approval because we want to maximise time for the market to plan for the procurement activity.
This project will be an “open book” price project based on a cost reimbursement NZS3910:2013 contract. Rates will be requested as part of the tendering process along with non-pricing criteria relating to track record and experience, methodology, capacity financial performance and ESG credentials.
UC plan to deliver this project over the summer period 2024 / 25. Early engagement of a contractor will facilitate achieving this target. The selected contractor will work with our appointed design consultant to deliver the works.
