The University of Canterbury are seeking registrations of interest from central Christchurch landlords. This is a unique opportunity to be part of creating the University’s new presence in the central city.

The new University Strategy launched during 2019 set a goal for the University to have a presence in the central city. Consequently, in order to connect, collaborate and influence positive outcomes for local businesses and community, the University intends to establish an inner city knowledge commons incorporating collaborative and teaching spaces.

The property must be in a superior prime location and allow UC signage and branding to enable a substantive and visible physical presence within the city.
