Overview

Taumata Arowai wishes to establish a Drinking Water Technical Panel (TP). We envisage the TP will be made -up of suppliers ranging from research institutes, individuals and larger organisations. We need suppliers who are considered highly qualified and specialised in their respective scientific field and those who have experience working in the water sector (specifically drinking water). The TP will provide advisory services in both a technical and sector support capacity (including regulatory operations, regulatory policy and scientific research) for drinking water. The services required also extend to an ability to respond to drinking water incidents or emergencies.

The intent of this Registration of Interest (ROI) is to obtain a highly qualified and experienced shortlist of suppliers that will eventually make up TP. This is the first stage of a two-stage process and is focused on assessing the technical qualifications and experience of potential panel suppliers. We would like to see responses from international suppliers as well as those based in Aotearoa New Zealand.

So, if you are passionate about safe drinking water and keen to work with Taumata Arowai to ensure safe water every day for everyone – we want to hear from you.

The ROI and ROI response document, the Terms of reference and other relevant documents are all attached.

The due date for registrations is the 7th November 2024 at 5pm - please submit responses through GETS.
Please also direct any questions through this GETS platform.
