Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi is requesting information from the market on student management systems to support the business needs of the organisation. Note Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi may conduct a further tender process for this project at its discretion but will not be shortlisting from this RFI.
We are interested in understanding in broad terms the costs involved and the availability of SMIS products that incorporate integrated timetabling, attendance checking, reporting, Moodle integration, student portal, staff portal and communication engine along with usual functionality of student enquiries, applications and enrolment and curriculum set-up (programmes, papers, assessments, award rules engine .
Systems must be certified by Ministry of Education.
